Give Jesus your praises for on a much more profound and deeper level than the rescue of the Israelites from Egypt is your rescue by the blood of Jesus Christ from eternal death .
Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

Like the beginning of Spring, outside everything still appears dead/dormant from winter. But look closely, you will see the daffodils and tulips poking up through the ground - the promise of new life. God is in the mess of life. Look closely, he is making you new!
