About Blossoming Life

Welcome to our website and thank you for looking us up!

Blossoming Life grew out of a desire to create a platform for women to support each other while trying to identify their purpose in life.  Uncertainty can hit us at any stage of life - when we're young and preparing for school, after we are in a career that doesn't seem fulfilling, after our children reach an age where we have more time to ponder our lives or possibly even when everything is going just fine.  And then for others, out of desperation due to our lives not going in the direction we had hoped come questions such as "why am I here" or "what am I doing with my life" or "can this be the reason I am here" or plenty of others.  With God all things are possible, and when walking daily with Jesus and trusting him completely, answers to these questions can begin to be answered.

You Are Not Alone!

All too often, we go through periods in time where we feel alone and alienated.   It can be due to a difficult event that has occurred, or just a feeling that no one understands you.   Society wants us to buck up and get back in the game.   But it is hard to do.   Especially alone.   God did not plan for us to be alone on the earth.   He put us here to be support for one another:

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

Ephesians 4:29 (NIV)

It is our desire that we can build a community of loving individuals who are willing to help each other to grow in their relationships with God and each other.  Karen and Debbie began their journey together each bringing their separate God-given talents along with their desire to make a difference in the lives of women.  Both working in full-time careers, they felt called by the Holy Spirit to minister to those looking for PURPOSE IN LIFE.  Karen brings years of previous retreats and speaking engagements along with her deep desire to reach women of all ages and faiths - into her writings and teachings.  Debbie brings the design and business end to the duo, looking to draw attention to our ministry visually from our website to our published works.  Gaby, Karen's daughter, is called to minister to the younger women, particularly regarding God's Grace, and will participate as her college schedule allows.

You Are Loved

Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another.

Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV)
